Confident in your technical capabilities and leadership abilities, willing to continue learning new technologies as mission needs morph, and desire to work in El Segundo, CA to work side-by-side with government counterparts on small agile teams to ensure our countries’ space assets are safe & effective.
You will
Support the US Space Force in developing, deploying, and sustaining the Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program (GSSAP) within the Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power Directorate’s system program office. Provide expert advice to the Program Manager and Senior Space Force Leadership regarding acquisition strategies, contracting, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate and interact with stakeholders including Program Managers, Contracting Officers, System Engineers, and external organizations.
You have
- Extensive experience with Department of Defense program acquisition processes and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution process
- Experience in the space control domain.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence Decision makers.
- TS/SCI Clearance.
- The ideal candidate would have 15+ years’ Experience.
Compensation: Base Salary: $192,000 – 221,000, however this is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives profitability for the company.
