You are
An experienced space system test engineer or technical program manager who synchronizes space capability test portfolios, schedules, resources, technical dependencies, and stakeholders to keep complex test campaigns aligned, executable, and ready to support test mission objectives.
You will
- Provide integrated test-program management support to an assigned USSF Capability Test Team including technical and management assistance to test directors in developing integrated test campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop, coordinate, and track Program Introduction Document and Statement of Capability packages to define test support requirements, secure required test resources and capabilities, and support execution of USSF integrated test campaigns across contractor V&V testing, government led developmental test (DT), Operational Test (OT), and related activities
- Develop and maintain an integrated program/test plan and schedules at component, system, and system of system levels and across various test venues including lab, chamber, digital, and live.
- Synchronize test schedules with program-office milestones, test events, technical activities, security actions, facilities, infrastructure, ranges, mission partners, and resources required for test execution
- Support planning and coordination of funding, personnel, facilities, equipment, technical support, milestones, deliverables, and other resources required for assigned test activities
- Identify, assess, track, and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and cross-organizational commitments while coordinating Government, contractor, program-office, technical, security, infrastructure, range, and test organizations
- Manage and coordinate test team requirements and logistics support with internal USSF test squadron and test delta stakeholders and external USSF and DoW stakeholders. Track deadlines, support readiness reviews, support leadership briefings, status campaign execution, and track post-test actions to closure
You have
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, operations, science, information systems, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, and execution plans
- Experience coordinating across Government, contractor, program-office, technical, security, infrastructure, range, and test organizations
- Knowledge of DoD management policies and practices and familiarity with test and evaluation or acquisition processes – Desired
- Experience supporting space systems, developmental test, operational test, or related DoD technical environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior Government and technical leadership
- Ability to identify and communicate integrated test requirements to technical integration teams
- US Citizenship
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of test engineering or technical program management experience supporting complex technical, acquisition, operational, or other test efforts involving multiple stakeholders
Compensation: Base Salary of $130,000 – $190,000, however this is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives profitability for the company.
