You will

Support the program office chief engineer/architect in the development, deployment and sustainment of USSF’s National Security Space system within Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SSC/SZ) system program office.

Perform analysis of current architectures and future threats to develop options for future architectures.  Develop requirements and interface documents to aid in acquisition of future advanced capabilities.   Perform analysis of proposed system capabilities to assess performance against requirements.   Track system development and deployment to aid in identifying risks and potential system capability gaps.

You have

  • Systems Engineering skills with experience in Engineering, Integration, and Test, requirements definition and decomposition, implementation, verification & validation of advanced technology satellites
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze system requirements that define the technical baseline and verification of the technical baseline
  • Experience in multiple space operations and space control-related fields, including but not limited to orbit dynamics, navigation, sensor employment, communications, optimization, and command and control
  • Bachelors of Science in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, math and/or physics.
  • US Citizenship
  • Active TS and SCI eligible
  • Willing to consent to a Counter-Intelligence polygraph examination
  • The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of experience

Compensation: Base Salary: $116,000-170,000, however this is commensurate with experience.   Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives profitability for the company.
