Confident in your business capture and program management capabilities. Excited about leading a small team through task order competitions to grow our company’s ability to directly support customers in Colorado Springs, CO and El Segundo, CA. Interested in managing teams to exceed customer expectations.
You will
Lead the Company’s HEMISPHERE IDIQ contract. This includes leading a small team of employees and contractors to put together winning proposals to HEMISPHERE task orders. This includes leading task order teams to successfully accomplish all customer requirements though the life of the task order. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO to obtain the resources you need to be successful.
You have
- Experience as a successful project or program manager, leading a large team to exceed customer’s expectations, deliver on time and manage costs, risks and quality.
- Experience as a capture lead, developing strategies and tactics to give our company the best chance at winning the work.
- Experience creating winning DoD proposals
- Experience selecting personnel that will maintain and strengthen the company’s brand to reliably do high quality work
- Experience managing DoD Contracts with 100% compliance
- Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
- A strong desire to win
- Previous experience serving or working directly with military space organizations
- Experience supporting DoD Acquisition programs
- US Citizenship
- Current TS/SCI Eligibility
- BS Degree
- The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of relevant experience and will have a strong DoD acquisition background
Compensation: Base Salary: $170,000-$220,000, however this is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives growth and profitability for the company
