Space Control Modeling & Simulation Engineer

You Are

Confident in your technical capabilities, willing to continue learning new technologies as mission needs morph, and desire to live in Colorado Springs, CO to work side-by-side with government counterparts on small agile teams to ensure our countries’ space assets are safe & effective.

You Will

Provide modeling and simulation, engineering and analytics support to the space control mission including building and iterating on space control models and simulation tools, and providing technical supporting to government customers in Colorado Springs.

Author M&S accreditation plans in support of using modeling and simulation data for space test evaluations.

You Have

  • Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, math and/or physics.
  • Strong knowledge of programming and M&S applications (Simulink, AFSIM, Python, C++, etc)
  • Experience with intelligence analysis and reports
  • Space systems engineering and technical knowledge
  • An ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance
  • The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience

Compensation:  Base Salary: $80,000-110,000, however this is commensurate with experience.   Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives profitability for the company.
