You Will
Be the lead engineer responsible for the full lifecycle of all NSTTC-O satellites. In this role you will understand and refine the Range customer needs from on-orbit assets, develop an architecture to meet these needs, and lead the implementation of this architecture. This will be accomplished by working with Range customers to appropriately capture their requirements, work with satellite operators to understand how they plan to operate their assets, and work with the prime contractors building the satellites to ensure they are developed correctly.
You Have
- Demonstrated System Engineering skills
- Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, math and/or physics.
- Experience with Rendezvous and Proximity Operations (RPO) and space-based sensing
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a TS Clearance
- The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, with 2+ years of experience in satellite operations or production
Compensation: Base Salary: $100,000-$140,000, however this is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives profitability for the company.
